Welcome to The Ivory SRQ. By accessing or purchasing from our store, booking appointments, or consigning items with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments & Consultations

Bridal fittings and consultations are by appointment only. We kindly ask that you arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened, rescheduled, or forfeited appointments.

Same day appointment availability is rare but not impossible. Contact us by phone for any last minute openings. (941)424-5400
2. Alterations & Custom Work

All alterations are priced upon in-person consultation only. Prices vary based on the complexity of the design, materials, and customization level.

We offer fully custom design services through our alterations studio. Final pricing will be discussed after a consultation.

Once work begins, all alteration fees are non-refundable.

Any change requests after work has started may incur additional fees.
3. Sales Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any dresses, accessories, or alteration services.

It is the client’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect all purchases before leaving the store.
4. Consignment Terms

We offer consignment services for bridal gowns under a separate agreement.

A flat non-refundable listing fee of $250 applies. If the gown is not professionally dry-cleaned, the fee is $350. Proof of cleaning must be provided.

We will work to resell the gown at an agreed-upon price. The consignor agrees to a minimum acceptable offer.

Items remain property of the consignor until sold. Once sold, The Ivory SRQ will issue payment within 14 business days, minus any agreed upon commissions if applicable.

Unsold gowns must be picked up within 10 days of the end of the contract term, or they may be donated or become property of the store.
5. Payments

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and approved financing options.

Payment in full is required before any alterations begin or dresses are released.
6. Store Policies

Children must be supervised at all times.

No outside food or drink in the showroom.

Photography is permitted during appointments but not during alterations or fittings without prior consent.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of our policies.
7. Liability

The Ivory SRQ is not responsible for damage to gowns due to wear, improper storage after pickup, or misuse.

We take every precaution to care for your items, but we are not liable for unforeseen events such as natural disasters, theft, or acts beyond our control.
8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for fulfilling your services or contacting you about appointments and orders.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website or displayed in-store.
