1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after products have been received, inspected by our team, and payment has been collected in full.

Custom or altered items may take additional time, which will be communicated during your consultation or at the time of purchase.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the destination and package size.

Standard shipping generally takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.

Delivery times may vary based on destination, weather, and carrier delays.
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the item’s weight, size, destination, and chosen shipping method.

You will receive a shipping quote before your order is finalized.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Local Pickup

In-store pickup is available at no additional charge. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Items must be picked up within 10 business days unless prior arrangements are made.
6. International Shipping

We currently do offer international shipping. If international shipping is available, all customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will file a claim with the carrier and assist in any way possible.
8. Signature Requirements

Some items, such as wedding gowns or high-value products, may require a signature upon delivery for security.
9. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on shipped items.
