At The Ivory SRQ, we take pride in ensuring your items arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping policies below.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after products have been received, inspected by our team, and payment has been collected in full.

  • Custom or altered items may take additional time, which will be communicated during your consultation or at the time of purchase.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the destination and package size.

  • Standard shipping generally takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.

  • Delivery times may vary based on destination, weather, and carrier delays.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the item’s weight, size, destination, and chosen shipping method.

  • You will receive a shipping quote before your order is finalized.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.


5. Local Pickup

  • In-store pickup is available at no additional charge. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Items must be picked up within 10 business days unless prior arrangements are made.


6. International Shipping

  • We currently do offer international shipping. If international shipping is available, all customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will file a claim with the carrier and assist in any way possible.


8. Signature Requirements

  • Some items, such as wedding gowns or high-value products, may require a signature upon delivery for security.


9. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on shipped items.

  • Please confirm all order details before completing your purchase.
