All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Due to the nature of bridal and formalwear, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any items purchased through our showroom — including new, sample, consigned, or custom gowns, accessories, or alteration services. Please be certain before finalizing your purchase.
We are committed to providing detailed guidance, accurate measurements, and expert support to help you make confident and informed decisions.
Consignment Sales
Consigned gowns are sold as-is and may have been previously worn or altered. Any imperfections, wear, or needed adjustments will be disclosed to the best of our ability at the time of sale. However, all consignment pieces are final sale and sold with no warranties, returns, or refunds.
Alterations or customizations to consignment dresses can be provided through our in-house studio at an additional cost, which will be quoted after an in-person consultation.
For Consignors
If you are consigning a dress with us:

A non-refundable flat fee is collected at intake to list and showcase your gown.

Gowns must be professionally cleaned with proof of cleaning (receipt required) to be accepted at the lower listing fee.

You will provide a desired sale price and a minimum acceptable price; final pricing is at the discretion of our team within that agreed range.

Once sold, the agreed-upon payout will be issued to you within 30 days of the transaction.
All consigned dresses remain the property of the consignor until sold. Dresses left beyond the consignment period without renewal or pickup may be considered forfeited.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and tell us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
