Appointments

Do I need an appointment to try on dresses?
Yes. We are by appointment only so each bride has a private, personalized experience. You can book directly through our website or by calling us.

How long are appointments?
Most bridal fittings last about 90 minutes. Alteration consultations may vary in length depending on your needs.

Can I bring guests?
Absolutely! We recommend bringing people whose opinions you trust and who will support your vision.

Dresses & Inventory

Do you only carry new dresses?
We carry both new and pre-loved gowns. Our consignment selection is handpicked to ensure each dress is in excellent condition.

What sizes do you carry?
Our collection ranges from size 00 to 26, with a variety of silhouettes and styles to try on.

Can you order a dress in a different size or color?
In most cases, yes! Our consultants will guide you through available customizations.

Alterations

Do you offer in-house alterations?
Yes — our full alterations studio can make anything from simple hem adjustments to complete custom redesigns.

Can you alter a dress I bought elsewhere?
Of course! Just schedule an appointment for an estimate!

Payments & Pricing

What Do Dresses cost?

Our designers range from  $1,500-$5,000 

What is your payment policy?
All sales are final. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

New wedding dresses require a minimum deposit of 50% at time of purchase and the remaining 50% when the dress is delivered to us!

Consignment

Do you accept dresses on consignment?
Yes! We charge a flat $250 fee per dress ($350 if not dry cleaned with receipt provided). Together we’ll agree on your desired selling price and the minimum you’re willing to accept.

How long will my dress be in your shop?
We typically keep consignment gowns for six months to one year, after which you can choose to renew the agreement or pick up your dress.

Shipping

Do you ship dresses?
Yes — shipping fees vary based on destination and insurance needs. Once a dress leaves our shop, we are not responsible for shipping delays or damages.

Other Policies

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final — no exceptions. Please make sure you love your dress before purchasing.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
